The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, to the airport by other means at short notice, the hotel overlooked the canal. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 3 km away. I had nicely decorated and well-appointed room with marble-lined bathroom. The breakfast was generous, with variety of goodies.

The room was decent sized and functional with a balcony, and we slept very well. All the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The location was good in a very nice area, close enough to the open sea where a 10 year old boy screams with delight at the bumping of the vaporetto wakes, and the main sights, restaurants and shopping.
