The breakfast was delicious, the staff was superfriendly, the grounds were fairly clean. The room was decent size and recently refurbished with a separate lounge, a view of Venezia, for example, I felt comfortable there.
The breakfast was cold, I think it could be better.

I would recomand this place to anyone. Accommodating staff here on reception desk. The location is remote, close to the bus line, the local buses running into Venice Old Town and a bus stop to Venice. There's a great bar at the hotel.

I had 2 nights in Mestre, spending the time here really good. The staff were knowledgeable, the American breakfast at the reduced rate of EUR18 was reasonable and delicious. Good location next to veinice island, and Venice for three days, I felt safe. I found Gatto Rosso offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. I enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel.

When I am in Mestre, I like staying here. This ideal, fairly clean property has reasonable American breakfasts and extremely polite staff. The location is great and decent and they have parking outside. Also, it's in front of a bus stop. The services are terrific, including a brilliant pool. What's important to me, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
