The room was new-fashioned with breakfast and the stuff pretty friendly and excellent. Location - it was marvellous and fantastic, a ferry port was very close to the hotel. We had early meal in The Chippy, based nearby.

The location exceeded all expectations, it was good and stunning near to St Mark's square. Moreover, it's near waterbus stop, multiple vaporetto stops and waterbus stop San Zaccaria. Functional superior king room was spotless.

We had a lovely breakfast with juice and freshly made omelette, as for instance included. The location for Venice was marvellous, really close to the church, palace, museums, and shops, water buses, and the Grand Canal. Enjoyed dainties at Gelateria Sommariva, it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the place was fairly clean. The staff was excellant, amicable. Airy room with all amenities, spent our time lovely. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Loved our time here.

The staff was very very helpful and excellent, provided me with an air-conditioned standard queen room. The location was excellent, for example, a grand showpiece square was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The breakfast I had was good with ham and freshly made omelette, for example. I stayed in fashionable, spotless room with quick coffee or tea as well as large comfy bed. The staff were excellent and the design was nice. The location was incredible - near to the church, the waterbus stop and water taxi.

Amiable staff and stunning location next to St Marks square, everything was brand-new. My standard king room had a laptop safe, a mini-bar and central heating. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped, had satisfactory breakfast!
