It offered us great and fantastic location near 2 restaurants as well as boat station and bus station. Huge and impeccably clean room with a modern bathroom, bath, brew coffee, just what we had in mind.
Even though everything was very easy, some of the staff were not so friendly.

The property was lovely quiet and pretty standard with best staff especially at the reception desk. We had the standard queen room which was newly remodelled with a view over the garden. A lounge, a safe, and a chair worked well. This location was excellent and fantastic, not far from the Grand Canal, main train station and waterbus stops, and St Mark's Square.

Attractive hotel, the staff were all exceptional and accommodating and the location was ideal enough to St Mark's Square. I got complimentary standard quadruple room on the same level as my mom has slight walking difficulties as an upgrade, nice gesture. A hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets were very handy.
