Really enjoyed my GOOD stay on vacation. All the staff was amicable, tackled my issues. I was given guest room with multi-channel television and a writing desk.

the staff was nice at all levels. the double room was clean and perfect for what we needed. having central heating, a tv set with satellite channels and a dining area was very convenient.

All in all, it was good home base for travelling to Malcesine. The food was excellent, with lots of options. The personnel was pleasant and welcoming. Hotel's location was particularly good, to the lakeside.
