Everything is perfect here, had a real good stay of 2-3 nights. The location of the hotel is perfect and peaceful, sO close to the station and minute walk from a bus station. Nice breakfast with toasts and croissants, as example, the staff is really helpful.

The service was friendly, no reason to complain. The food was great, with a good choice of options. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, helped me a lot. That hotel was in a magnificent and amazing location, near bus station.

The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to all the main attractions within a 20-30 minute walk, train stations and bus stations and bus station. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to Cleveleys Front Promenade. Guest room I stayed at was bright in floors # 1 to 3.

Had a very nice stay here. The property was fairly clean and pleasant. The venue was in a very central location really close to the main island of Venice, bus station & train station, and all the main attractions within a 20-30 minute walk. I tried some drinks at bar The Red Lion, located 10 minutes walk away. I got a nice breakfast with croissants and toasts, for example. The service was nice, including an early check-in. Btw, they asked me to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours for Internet, that's typical.

Had a really nice stay for a short visit, would come here again. The double room was beautiful and decent sized with a shared bathroom. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was appetising.

Liked this cheap hotel, would definitely recommend. Everything was perfect, and it had good wi-fi. The location was magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to a wide canal. We stayed in a twin room which was nice cosy and bright. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, friendly services.

Particularly good and perfect location just next door to bus station & train station, the center of Venice and tourist attractions, I felt safe. Local fast food option Filovia was 10 minutes walk away. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of excellent food.
