We had a recently renovated queen room with a view to Rio, a 4 post bed and modern bathrooms. The location was great and lovely, just 5 min walk from Santi Apostoli Church. It also was really close to all important sights in Venice.

I was there before and would like to come again. Whole place was fairly clean with lovely views; marvellous and charming location in the nice area of Canareggio. It was clean and absolutely gorgeous, good enough for honeymoon.

Enjoyable and delicious breakfast with meats and the most stunning view, for instance for every taste. Newly remodelled room with a balcony, a view to Rio, for example as expected. Perfect, excellent location in Cannaregio district close to Venice's quiet canals, the best local restaurants to eat at, and a supermarket.

It was surely an exceptional stay of 3 nights. Everything was superb here, and the views were fantastic. The location was perfect and really handy for walking around an ornate footbridge. And the area was gorgeous, adjacent to shops and cafes, and Away from hustle. The breakfast was delicious, loved everything.

Had a memorable stay during our weekend. We greatly enjoyed our room - clean and absolutely gorgeous with wonderful touches. Lots of food for breakfast, which was fine to satisfy everyone. The location was charming and brilliant, and we could reach Santi Apostoli Church by walking. And it was also next to the canal outside, and the main shopping street.

Stayed here for 3 nights and did not want to leave. The hotel was peaceful with wonderful views and a lovely location close enough to all the main attractions. I enjoyed the staff, mainly due to their helpfulness. The food was good, had a lot of options. Thanks to a welcoming service I had a wonderful stay👍
