I stayed 2 nights and would stay here again when visiting Italy. The property was fairly clean and staff was very-very nice and pleasant. The location of the hotel was great - just a short stroll away from a grand showpiece square.

Had very central location close to attractions. It was also right by Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo as well as really nice bars and restaurants. I enjoyed spotless and warm room and its fairly clean bathroom.

Marvellous location, 5 minutes' walk to Saint Mark's Square. Near a bus stop, easy to move around. Having climate control and a kitchen in our impeccably clean room.

I asked for queen room and it was spotless with view of somebody's balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed that they had an electric kettle, climate control, and a work desk. The location was particularly good for Venice, just off the Canal right outside the window, the San Marco square, and the supermarket, pizza place and coffee/pastry shop.
Some people working there were very impolite.

Overall, it's cosy base for exploring Venice attractions. Make sure to get double room with view of somebody's balcony as well as a ventilator. The price is £ 52. The employees are pleasant and flexible. The location is marvellous, 2 km from Doge's Palace. A bus stop is near the venue.

The location is very central, really close to Piazza San Marco, a vaporetto station, shops, restaurants, local coffeshops, restaurants, shops and the major tourist spots, like St Marco in less than ten minutes.

Overall I think it was an incredibly friendly hotel, great value for money. Big building, tidy and very comfy bedroom. The staff did all they can for a memorable stay. Pool was heated too. There was a PLEASANT restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

A good sized room. There were stores and a supermarket around the hotel. Also, a modern art museum was max 15 minutes walk to.
