I booked it many times and recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my good 1 night stay here. The location was magnificent and unbeatable - so close to a good area near the central station and access to the boats that ride the canal and the train station, bus, water boats. Before bed I went to Irish Pub Santa Lucia for a nightcap, it's a walking distance from the hotel.

it was fairly clean, everyone was amicable and responsive. the hotel was just off the central station and access to the boats that ride the canal, a good area and shops and restaurants thanks to its comfortable location. truly enjoyed the irish bar. actually everything was nice, my next choice again in venice.

We had a perfect 10/10 stay at this quiet hotel. The location was marvellous, for example, Il Mercante was within easy walking distance of the property. Air-conditioned and brand-new room.

The hotel was neat and had outstanding location and staff. Cute venue, 0.5 miles from Marco Polo airport. We got room with bright decor and a huge bathroom to relax. Beds were uncomfortable, nonetheless it was truly an enjoyable stay...
Downside was the air conditioning which was a bit noisy.
