The staff members were all very very helpful and affable. The hotel was in a magnificent and ideal location close enough to Opera, cafe's, shops and the main shopping street of via mazzini for what we wanted it for.

The location was brilliant and super: a main shopping street and shops were within walking distance. Tried some nice meals at The Lord Warden, located steps away from the hotel. The restaurant was nice for breakfast and light snacks, appreciated it.

Bed was extremely large, breakfast was excellent! Room is air-conditioned and huge. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at Urban Cafe, located next door to the hotel. Recommend and will be back, it was a wonderful stay.
