Every detail of this little property was wonderful. The bedroom was luxury and elegant. The location was unbeatable and the staff members were really kind and nice people from our receptionist. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km. We truly enjoyed staying here and would like to come again.

The setting was perfect and nice, so close to the centre of Venice, the center of Venice and other attractions and cafes with good value for money. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the hotel. Really enjoyed this brilliant accommodation with nice stuff from our receptionist. The room was fairly quiet and elegant in water entry through the walls which resulted in a sigificant amount of water entering the bedroom, had a good night's sleep. The location was marvellous and incredible - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. There was a good choice of places nearby that offered food: bars and restaurants. This hotel suited the needs in every way, 100% recommend.

The hotel was what I truly enjoyed during the holiday. Unbeatable and magnificent location adjacent to the '' real '' Venice, nice restaurants/bars around, and the train station, I felt safe. Cannaregio district was worth exploring. The bedroom was neat and functional. I had an extremely comfy bed for great sleep.
