Exceptional hotel, it has excellant service and stunning location by water taxi from the cruise ship terminal. The breakfast is sumptuous and large with custom-cooked omelettes and pastries made by the owners wife and views of the Rialto Bridge, has everything you need. Want to say thank you for very pleasant stay.

It had welcoming staff. The location was amazing and incredible in a local area, close to the principal artery, Venice the gondolas, water taxis, service boats, vaporetto ferries and the Grand Canal with a wonderful view. Spent our evenings in nearby Osteria Bancogiro enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Stay here and enjoy your Venice trip. Nothing too much trouble, overall it's gorgeous place with dedicated staff from the owner Matteo's delicious breakfasts and coffee to Rosealba's efficient service. The room is reasonably spacious and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Plus, the location is wonderful, minutes from an ornate footbridge.

The hotel was within walking distance of palazzo contarini del bovolo. Everything was incredible there, including service and people. Suso Gelatoteca with coffee & goodies is 600 feet walk away. It was near to bacino Orseolo.
