Perfect hotel in a lovely position in the port of Cavallino-Treporti. The rooms - nice, magnificent with great view, lovely sunset and views of the harbour. Location so close to the boat stop going to Venice and islands, the Antica Dogana restaurant and Venice or the lagoon islands.

We loved this place, it has fabulous location and views. We were greeted by HELPFUL host. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. There is restaurant antica dogana at the premises. Worth its 3 stars.
