We had wonderful 5 days here, do recommend. Everything was fine, very very helpful staff, amazing location just next door to lovely restaurants around, the opera and Accademia bridge and the ocean. We had a nice bedroom. Enjoyed garden view.

Unusual characterful place, it has great and magnificent location short walk to the garden, and the vaporetto stop. The rooms are spotlessly clean and unique with a shared bathroom, comfortable bed, fresh towels and the staff are nice.

The staff was attentive and efficient and we would come here again. The weather was lovely, had peaceful stay. The location was quiet, close to restaurants and cafes. Besides, it was just a pleasant stroll away from downtown, that worked for us. The room they gave us was functional and new-fashioned with the garden, a nice terrace, as example. There was a wide range of local meals.
