Lots of food items served for low cost breakfast. The exceptionally nice location was a super close walk to St George's Hall Liverpool. And the area was very nice local, near the bus/train station, all major sites and garden area.

The room was newly renovated and large with large openable windows and with smoke detectors for safety measures. All the stuffs were friendly and gentle. The hotel had a particularly good location next to a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

The staff was dedicated, the accommodation was ideal and fairly clean. My triple room with a private bathroom, the shower, large openable windows was new-fashioned. The location was particularly good and I could use private parking onsite. The lunch in Lime Street Bistro a short way from the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The location is perfect and beautiful, at a medium distance from an ornate footbridge. It's in the very nice local area really close to several restaurants, pubs and local streets far from the tourist crowds, and all the attractions of Venice which is another bonus.

Enjoyed my stay here and 100% recommend this hotel. My 4 nights in Venice were such great. The location was exceptional and super, just 5 minutes walk from a historic Jewish quarter. Further, it was just next door to restaurants, the quieter canals of Venice and vaporetto. The room was good, good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed.
