Stylish and fairly clean property with EXCELLENT service and good value. Spotless rooms with a storage space, a balcony, and a lounge area. The bed, which was extremely comfy. Central location, at a walking distance from an annual film festival. Minutes from bars and restaurants.

The morning meal was sumptuous and marvellous, including coffee, breads, fruit, eggs and cheese. We were in a great location really close to a good area, vaporetto going to Venice and IN THE CENTRE OF VENICE. Also, it was not very far from a public library.

Thank you for a such wonderful stay. The hotel is spotless, provides with airy and neat rooms. The employees are all consistently courteous. The location is good, 5 minutes' walk to Congress Center. The property is in very quite area, very close to the beach and the vaperetto stop, Venice treviso airport, and a range of shops.

It was a quiet little hotel, no complaints, recommend. Everything was great, met expectations, and the staff were kind people in reception desk. The location was unbeatable, not very far from a history museum.

They placed us in a deluxe queen room which was spotless and airy. The bathroom was neat, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet. The location was incredible, at a walking distance from Congress Center.

The whole experience was relaxing. Delightful & fairly clean hotel, it was in a prime location, has knowledgeable staff. Location: the property was short walk to the canal, Burano and the vaporetto station. All in all we loved bright and cosy room with clean bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The services were excellent!

liked our time here. the total stay was absolutely amazing for 1 night. stayed at a bright and delightful room with balcony, views of venice, a beautiful view. the breakfast was marvellous and sumptuous and there was plenty of food to choose from. the location was incredible and pleasant, for example, congress center was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. further, it was very close to san marco, and boat stop and lots of restaurants.
