The location was great, to trainstation Santa Lucia with easy access to a market and shops. The staff were gentle and outstandingly accommodating, doing great job. Dormitory room was fine.
As for me, the area was really noisy.

Everything was good, had a very lovely stay for at last 2 nights. Thanks to very helpful and amazingly nice staff I had a brand-new double room with views of street. Extremely comfy beds, central heating, iron and ironing board, and a work desk were a nice touch. It was in a super central setting in a central area.

The location was marvellous, really close to the train station. Local fast food option Pizzeria Napule was 5 minutes walk away. The dormitory room we stayed in was spacious with shared bathroom. Central heating, an iron and ironing board where great.

The total stay was very lovely for at last 2 nights. Our double room was warm and brand-new with extremely comfy beds. There were facilities such as central heating, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The location was particularly good close to the train station. We dined out at Pier Dickens, set right next to the hotel.

Everything was perfect, realy friendly staff, unbeatable location close enough to several fantastic restaurants and coffee shops, Venice. The rooms with one bathroom per floor, two sockets for charging phones, kitchen or laundry. The easy check-in process too. Reception was friendly.

We appreciated this quiet hotel. The bed was comfortable, no problems with sleep. Their receptionist rocks! Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We went to Osteria do Torri, located minutes from the property, to have some dinner.
