Spotlessly clean hotel with particularly nice views, we think it's a decent place for staying in Tessera. The staff are friendly, and the host too. The location is convenient, near to Venice, public transport and the garden in front of the house.

Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with nice bathroom and adjustable airco plus self catering breakfast. The staff is amicable and excellent, and the host too. It has ideal, excellent setting, very close to central Venice as well as the airport.

Everything is great here, had a such great stay on my vacation. Marvellous and comfy location, a bus station is within walking distance of the hotel. A lot of food options very close to the venue. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
