The location was perfect and excellent as for me, adjacent to the Academia Bridge and Museum, central Venice, and St Marc's Square. Also, a grand opera house was at a short distance. The room was airy, silent and with a sofa bed.

Clean place & amiable and excellent staff. Incredible and excellent breakfast with fresh coffee, meats and cakes, worth to decide on it. Perfect and nice location to an enclosed bridge. Found in the very nice area near to Accademia bridge, St Mark's Plaza and restaurants in the area, excellent location.

It has beautiful perfect rooms, that come with bathroom etc, an early breakfast, for instance. This hotel has marvellous and brilliant location away from the usual tourist areas.

The time I spent there was fine. The amiable and excellent staff members provided a few recommendations. My comfort queen room was available with a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. I got incredible and excellent breakfast with meats and fresh coffee and cappuccino. The location was perfect and nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from a grand opera house.

We did not want to leave there and would use them next time, loved the hotel. Stayed here during our trip, it was a very delightful experience. Very central location was a plus. The area was great right by Piazza San Marco, also cafes/restaurants, and Rialto bridge and San Marco piazza. A mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe - basic facilities we needed in a comfortable and excellent room.

well, it was a delightful stay during a short venice vacation. the breakfast was exceptionally nice, included yoghourt, fruit and cheese to get the day started. the location was great and brilliant, relatively near saint mark's square. the hotel was in a great area, next to the finest art gallery, san marco square, and the academia bridge and museum.

Stayed in double room, it was silent and with nice design. A mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe were useful. The location was perfect, for example, a wide canal was not too far from the hotel.

This was a sublime boutique style hotel in a brilliant location. Staff recommended me local restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds, armchairs, thick blackout curtains and two windows in the room. Breakfast was reasonably good there. A nice beach, awesome view. Again, it was good for exploring a satellite gallery.

Facilities and drinks perfectly suited our needs. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like trattoria da fiore, set within 5 minutes walk or so. We really loved to have a spacious bathroom. Recommend it and would definitely go again...

spent our time here lovely. san marco district was worth visiting. continental breakfast with lots of options. free wi-fi was available too.
