The location was awesome and incredible, short walk to the airport, Venice, conveniently located, near Piazzale Roma and Ferrovia and the water buses and Venice card. The staff members were wonderful and kind. The breakfast served was wonderful, everything you could wish for, with orange juice, coffee & tea and homemade food available:)))

The location of the property was excellent and fantastic as we were just next door to good restaurants, and Close to the Railway Station. Found Bacaro Quebrado with perfect drinks 400 metres away.

I was offered a room with absolutely superb views of Venice skyline. There was a nice looking. The location was good, just a pleasant stroll away from an ornate footbridge.
There was quite hard bed in my room.

The stuff was friendly and welcoming, so I definitely want to stay in that area again. Really enjoyed every detail about my fab 2 nights stay here. The morning meal was enjoyable and lovely with tea served by Fabio, homemade food and orange juice. The location was incredible to San Marco square. The hotel was away from hustle and bustle, as I expected.

Great base for travelling to Venice and exploring local places. Reasonably large units with large windows, an amazing view, as example, and competent staff. Good restaurant inside the hotel. Honestly no complains at all.

We had a triple room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a dishwasher, an electric kettle, and climate control. We had a spacious bedroom and there was a superb view of garden from its window.

It made my trip to Venice a fabulous experience. View was superb, breakfast was gorgeous, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Perfect and beautiful room, everyone was affable. The location was marvellous, with restaurants and bars near the hotel. Dined nearby at Il Refolo, which is 400 m away. The restaurant was nice.
The bathroom I had was very small.

This hotel met required needs in every way, would recomand. The rooms were huge with an amazing view, large windows, for example and the breakfast was great. The location was comfortable and close to a train station. Good restaurant provided homemade dishes.
