Really enjoyable experience there. Peaceful accommodation, very friendly staff, perfect location to pretty much everything in Venice. Comfortable bed, a nice size room with a mini bar, central heating, and a coffee/tea maker. Private parking onsite provided. The ambience was quiet.

I booked a great-sized room complete with the Frari church belltower looming overhead, great bathroom plus comfy bed. The location was absolutely perfect, you can visit a beautiful baroque church by walking.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Peaceful boutique place, it has quiet location so close to cafes which were n't overly costly, the magnificent neighbouring garden, and the center. The staff are genuinely helpful, they create quiet atmosphere. A nice size rooms come with great bathroom, nice breakfast, for instance.

I spent a really comfortable time here, would recommend to anyone. I enjoyed the property and outstanding staff and location. Found in a wonderful part of the town. Also, I could reach a restored 15th-century palace by walking, it's only 1 km away. Huge bedroom and spotless bathroom. Excellent reception.

The hotel is very clean, staff are PROFESSIONAL and breakfast is light. It was nice to have sunny balcony. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. In addition, free Wi-Fi was a plus.
