The venue was impressive and adorable, I truly enjoyed the location near to the water bus at Ospedal, a near-by markets and a nice area, and canal views. My junior suite had a mini bar, central heating, and iron and ironing board. The bed was extremely comfy, the bathroom was luxury. The hotel was situated in the central location in the center of Venice.

Everything was very comfortable, incredible location near to boat stop for airport, and a nice neighbourhood directly at one of the canals, delightfully helpful staff. We spent 4 nights in well decorated and fancy studio apartment with views.

It was a pleasant stay, pleasant place. I loved the place, everything was very comfortable. Its location just a short stroll away from a grand showpiece square was perfect. My apartment was tastefully decorated, spotless. The staff were amazingly helpful and excellent at all times.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Venice. The breakfast was gorgeous, truly enjoyed it. Everyone was very very nice and superbly friendly. Hotel's location was marvellous, in a quiet neighborhood. It was also short walk to Cannaregio, in a nice neighbourhood directly at one of the canals, a minor canal and the waterbus.

Impressive and adorable venue, amazing location very close to 700 year old Palace which obviously does n't have a lift, Cannaregio, in a nice neighbourhood directly at one of the canals and Venice and B & B, truly enjoyed our stay. Overall it was big and fancy with very comfortable bed. Layout and interior design were lovely.

Loved our 3 nights stay. Nicely furnished units with the last photos and great breakfast plus newly renovated bathroom, and the staff were excellent. The location was incredible, just a short walk away from a cathedral church. There was lots of lovely restaurants and cafes to choose from.
Definitely, there was lift missing, we were a little disappointed.

Property was beautiful, with very very nice staff and particularly good location to all the major tourist sites. Location near Venice and B & B, many sights, and Cannaregio, in a nice neighbourhood directly at one of the canals. Besides, easy access to Teatro Fondamenta Nuove: )

everything was simply very comfortable. we stayed 3 nights and it was a very lovely fit. booked apartment, that included an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and a microwave oven. staff were really helpful and excellent, breakfast was lovely.

I did not want to leave, spent memorable time and would definitely recommend. Hotel was fairly clean and impressive, I enjoyed its pleasant rooms and staff. Fairly good bedrooms and cozy beds.

The location was EXCELLENT & our room was large. Booked with a very good breakfast and we liked the meal. Room was good value. It was in the central location. A cool bonus was nearby Caffe Molinari, that offered tea and coffee.
