The location was excellant and incredible, close enough to buses, trains and the local area of Mestre and Venice for the Biennale. It also was close to the nice center of Mestre.

The weather was pleasant, had really good stay for a business trip. I had well furnished and brand-new room complete with big bathrooms and open window. The location was particularly good, close to restaurants and bars. A bus stop was close to the place.

fairly clean hotel, services were good and location was marvellous and absolutely perfect to the center of venice by bus. location: the property was so close to all buses and also water buses in venice, restaurants and supermarket, and train station. brew pub pizzeria eraora was 300 metres away from the place. truly enjoyed smooth check-in and late check-out. in addition, they offered free parking on site.
