Honestly no complains at all. Gorgeous, 3-star hotel with excellent staff and free wifi. Magnificent and incredible location close to main attractions, and 15 minute walk from a cathedral church. And right by central Venice as well as both the rialto bridge and St Mark's Piazza. Comfy bed in classic queen room with a mini-bar and a Nespresso coffee machine. A bidet in the bathroom.

Had spotless and unique room with a fresh bathroom and wake-up service was available in it. There were central heating, a work desk and multi-channel TV, which was great. Great and incredible location to Murano Glass factory, all was very convenient.

We loved rooms with a fresh bathroom. The location was best possible and reasonable, at a walking distance from a main street. What's more, it was very close to shops, nearly all the major attractions, and many restaurants and sights in the area.
