The breakfasts were good with warm bread, crossaints and pastries and all the staff was welcoming! This accommodation had a central setting on all the bridges.

It had a magnificent location so close to close to attractions and easy to get to from the airport using the water taxi, both San Marco and Ponte Rialto and Ponte Accademia, and the amazing Rialto bridge. Besides, I explored a victorian pier not too far from the hotel.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The room was very clean and the staff HELPFULL. Lovely bed in the quadruple room, and satellite television and an individual safe. Fairly good location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 5 minutes.
