The breakfast is sensational and good with rolls, sweets and yogurt, and the service is exceptional. Please let the really kind staff know of my gratefulness for a very comfortable stay. It offers great and beautiful location really close to OLD HOUSES, an alley and all the shops. A 10-minute walk will take you to Harry Ramsden's, where you can eat.

Quirky accommodation with excellent setting adjacent to the Fondamenta Nove water bus stop, a convenient stop for the train station and the airport, good cafes and the Fondamente Nuove vaporetto station. A safe, a mini-bar, and central heating available in the guest room. Particularly good views and a great design.
