The breakfast is sensational and good with rolls, sweets and yogurt, and the service is exceptional. Please let the really kind staff know of my gratefulness for a very comfortable stay. It offers great and beautiful location really close to OLD HOUSES, an alley and all the shops. A 10-minute walk will take you to Harry Ramsden's, where you can eat.

Quirky accommodation with excellent setting adjacent to the Fondamenta Nove water bus stop, a convenient stop for the train station and the airport, good cafes and the Fondamente Nuove vaporetto station. A safe, a mini-bar, and central heating available in the guest room. Particularly good views and a great design.

The location was marvellous and lovely for Venice, just next door to the center of Venezian neighborhood, and the first water bus stop from the airport and 10 minute walk.
