Hotel's location was great and stunning, very close to San Marco. We had lunch in The Good Catch, located nearby. The room was great value. Plus we had an electric kettle, climate control, and TV with satellite channels.

Everything is perfectly fine, I greatly enjoyed it. Fantastic location right by San Marco, and all tourist attractions, it's central. The hotel is located minutes from all places I like, for example Liverpool Central Library. The employees are nice and really helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our spotlessly clean and brand-new rooms, plus the staff was really helpful. The room we had included central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel TV. Pleased it had a bath. The location was great - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square. This hotel met required needs in every way, would be happy to recommend.
