We spent 1 night in economy double room with bathroom. The location was particularly good and stunning in a lovely quiet area, close enough to the Fondamente Nove waterbus stop, island and beautiful Venice.

I could see garden from the king room. The bed was comfortable, the amenities included a private safe, central heating and a work desk. The facilities were clean too. The location was stunning and incredible, for example, San Marco was not too far from the hotel.

The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Sant'antonio. I was happy, the standard king room I booked came with the garden, bathroom and a/c.
