Breakfast was amazing, incredibly beautiful views, fab location right by Campo San Polo, a large piazza, and Venice in the late afternoon. In general the staff where efficient and extremely friendly. The superior double room had climate control, a small refrigerator, and a safe box, facilities worked for us. The bathroom we had was good-sized.

Location really close to Santa Lucia train station and a supermarket, a super local pizza joint, a great place for cappuccino and cornetto in the morning, and several good trattorie for dinner. Besides, very convenient to Campo dei Frari. Good-sized and en suite room with fairly clean bathroom. Appetising food for dinner and breakfast.

The hotel took care of the brilliant service. Bright units with large comfortable bed and a view of Venice roofs plus a vaulted ceiling, and the staff were amazingly great. As for me, the location was marvellous and amazing, just off a nearby restaurant or cafe that offered wireless Internet as well as the nearest cafe which was around 3 minutes to walk.
