The location was perfect really close to everything. What's more, it was near to centre of Venice, the Venezia Mestre train station and Venice from the property. Thoroughly enjoyed a fridge, central heating and TV in the room...

Location: the hotel was near to the train station, bus stop, grocery store and cafe, and Venice city centre. Found Bar Elixir with perfect drinks 300 metres away.

Planned to see Mestre major attractions and it was good choice for visiting all of them. The stuff was amiable and accommodating and responsive to what we asked for. The breakfast was served in the cafe. We found out affordable prices in the hotel.
Shame the bathroom was dirty.

The location was unbeatable and comfortable, for example, Galleria Matteotti was not too far from the hotel. The rooms were all bright and spacious with 2 COMMON bathrooms.
