The staff was affable on arrival and throughout the stay. The location was absolutely perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Piazza Bra.

The staff was kind the entire time. The twin room was nice with very good air-con, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was satisfactory with good coffee and fresh juice, as for instance and attention to detail.
