Trendy boutique hotel in a very nice area very close to sightseeing, the vaporetto and the centre of Venice. Very helpful and hospitable staff, huge rooms with private balcony, free Wi-Fi. Coffee, a kettle, and a good sized balcony - very useful. Their service was terrific. Efficient check-in. Perfect location a 10-15 minute walk from The d-Day Story Museum.

The location was magnificent, close to a cathedral church. The hotel itself was in a very nice area, near queues at a very disorganised airport departure and St Mark's Square and the Basilica. Greatly enjoyed my triple room with terrace and a balcony plus many good restaurants nearby.

Nice building, stunning and brilliant location adjacent to venice during the carnival, the ferry terminal for the airport ferry and a specific glass factory and shop. Helpful customer service, including savoury and tasty breakfasts with cheese, options offered and croissants.

Everything was wonderful, great staff made our stay fabulous! The breakfast was tasty with yoghurt and warm bread, for instance, appreciated what was offered. Overall the room was beautiful and lovely with a private terrace, a nice big bathroom, for example. The daily service was helpful.

I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was stunningly beautiful and little, I greatly enjoyed its welcoming staff. This location was marvellous, short walk to many great restaurants, San Zaccaria vaporetto stop and St Mark's, and the vaporetto.

Accommodation was surprising and clean, rooms were amazingly comfortable. I appreciated the room with terrace, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty with croissants and cheese and all the staff was lovely. Spent here 4 perfect days and would stay here again.
