Everything is perfect here, had an excellent stay for two nights. Good location, it's set next to beautiful Venice, many good restaurants and amazing bars. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Cannaregio district.

Fairly clean hotel, nice and amicable staff, heated rooms. Super nice area, very central location close to the airports or train station, a canal and a street filled with terraces that get rowdy in the evening and bars, restaurants, shops. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a dazzling Benedictine abbey church.

This was my perfectly pleasant stay for two nights. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control and a TV. The staff was very friendly, just as I expected. The hotel was in the central setting close to the centre. What's more, it was just next door to the bus stop and the train station, restaurants and shopping area.
