the location is excellent and stunning, 1 km from doge's palace. cannot mention that a ferry port was close to the hotel. i have stayed in the triple room with an electric kettle, a refrigerator and air conditioner. the beds are good and the staff is affable and decent.

The sweet staff was much appreciated. The location was good and great, at a short distance from Doge's Palace. The restaurant was located within 400 metres.

The room we had included central heating, coffee/tea making machines and TV. Btw, it was overlooking street. This was a magnificent and stunning location short walk to the city center, St Mark's Square and San Marco.
