The venue was little, I thoroughly enjoyed the location adjacent to bus line 2 as well as boat stops, and courtyard views. The hotel was in the central setting close to the ferry stop. San Marco district was worth staying in.

The location was marvellous right on the grand canal and met requirements. Moreover, it was very close to all the shops near the Rialto, plus close walking distance to San Marco square, and so many wonderful areas of Venice. My double room was quiet with view of the channel. An electronic key card, a work desk, and coffee and tea making equipment were good.

No complaints, I would definitely book again. Courtyard view was a bonus. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL and the little extra touches like climate control, an individual safe and a mini-fridge-bar in the room was a treat. Fortunately, free WiFi was available.
