Had a really enjoyable stay here. Appreciated the place, homely for holidays. The breakfast with freshly cooked omelettes was good hot and the people were hard-working and attentive there.

The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying an atmospheric area, close to the ferry boat as well as the beach and the town centre. The property had really friendly staff members. Generally everything was good, yet the bathroom was tired. The food in the a la carte restaurant was well presented. This was my wonderful stay in our 11 nights.

There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The room was spotless, it had a hairdryer, a bidet and complimentary toiletries.

Our location was incredible to the castle for the introduction to opera night. It was also just next door to the beach of lake Garda with, shores of Lake Garda and Malcesine shops.

The hotel met every demand. The guest room we stayed in was bright with a generous size bathroom. All of the staff was efficient and excellent. The location was good - right by the lakefront and the lake side. It also was directly on lake front.

The location was incredible and lovely, for example, a late-6th-century fortress was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. What's more, it was close enough to the ferry, the centre of Malcesine, and Malcesine with superb views.

Parking was possible on-site. Located within a walk to Lake Garda, which is about 100 feet away. We really enjoyed staying at excelsior bay. Within short walking distance to the restaurant Il Gabbiano.
