The room with breakfast. The location was quiet in a very pleasant area, short walk to the main tourist areas, the Grand Canal and the vaporetto stop, and Torcello. Santa Croce district was worth exploring.

Marvellous location adjacent to the Bus Terminal, vaporetto at the end of the Grand Canal and a quiet area away from the hustle, and great service. Also, by many restaurants in close vicinity. Wonderful breakfast selection for all tastes with baked goods, juices and nice-coffee.

Enjoyed it. My stay was great on this visit. The location was lovely at about 15 minutes walk from the Piazzale Roma where the bus terminal is located. The staff was courteous and around most of the time.

Every visit to Venice we like to stay here. The location of the hotel is great and beautiful, in the lagoon-Lido Murano Burano-and Torcello Venice and close to the train station. Great nearby places include Cantina Arnaldi, we usually had drinks there.

This was a peaceful stay for travellers who are relying on this to communicate and plan your trip. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a wide canal was quiet. What's more, it was just next door to park, bigger boats and more outside space and the lagoon-Lido Murano Burano-.

The hotel of choice in Venice. Spotlessly clean and newly decorated place with extremely helpful staff from the different receptionists as well as the other staff who were helpful when required. Peaceful location in quaint neighborhood, Venetian style building. Also - just off the bus station, train station and vaporetto, St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge and a very good restaurant.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun. They offered lots of options for continental breakfast. Nice to have a patio.
