The room with breakfast. The location was quiet in a very pleasant area, short walk to the main tourist areas, the Grand Canal and the vaporetto stop, and Torcello. Santa Croce district was worth exploring.
Didn't find view which we wanted.

This is a hotel go-to for Venice! All in all, it's modest place that has courteous and understanding staff from the different receptionists as well as the other staff who were helpful when required. The location is great and beautiful, 1 km from a soaring Gothic church. The breakfast is enjoyable, includes lots of meals.

Its location to the St Mark's Square was nice. Explored a landmark bridge, that is located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Everything was great, including courteous staff from the different receptionists as well as the other staff who were helpful when required. Close to a train station, the location was stunning and lovely, in the most fashionable area. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Ristorante da Nino, ate there couple of times.

New-fashioned room, modest accommodation and exceptionally nice staff. Marvellous location adjacent to the Bus Terminal, vaporetto at the end of the Grand Canal and a quiet area away from the hustle, and great service. Also, by many restaurants in close vicinity. Wonderful breakfast selection for all tastes with baked goods, juices and nice-coffee.

Every visit to Venice we like to stay here. The location of the hotel is great and beautiful, in the lagoon-Lido Murano Burano-and Torcello Venice and close to the train station. Great nearby places include Cantina Arnaldi, we usually had drinks there.

The room was silent and decent size with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the own bathroom. The best part was the continental breakfast. The location was great, for example, a wide canal was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

This was a peaceful stay for travellers who are relying on this to communicate and plan your trip. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a wide canal was quiet. What's more, it was just next door to park, bigger boats and more outside space and the lagoon-Lido Murano Burano-.
There was no view which we expected.

The hotel of choice in Venice. Spotlessly clean and newly decorated place with extremely helpful staff from the different receptionists as well as the other staff who were helpful when required. Peaceful location in quaint neighborhood, Venetian style building. Also - just off the bus station, train station and vaporetto, St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge and a very good restaurant.
There was no view.
