The staff has always been attentive and experienced, and the facilities were very good. All the services were very efficient, including a continental breakfast and a nice pool. Could use their free parking. The hotel's position was unbeatable, in a quiet neighbourhood.

Liked Garda, the hotel was little and great still close to the pretty waterfront. All of the staff were kind, fantastic. Its location was wonderful, close to the bus station and ferry port, hillside and both the restaurant. I ate at the lakeside restaurant near the venue. Everything was simply good.

Of course, would recommend. Hotel is lovely relaxing and great relaxing and everything was really good! The stuff are helpful, offer very good services. Well-appointed rooms complete with mountain views, open windows, for example.

We stayed here before, always extremely spacious rooms with mountain views. The location was amazing down the hill. And it was also near to the lake front as well as the lake, the ferries and great walks along the shore.

Beautiful and wonderful location in center of Garda, met every demand. We were lucky to have polite staff. The room itself was reasonably spacious and had excellent views over the lake and pool.
Some people working there were so relaxed.

The staff were very friendly and competent and knew how to help. Booked wheelchair accessible room with a balcony, a panoramic view, as for instance, which I really appreciated. The breakfast food was local and included slices of fresh bread and fruit.

Travelled with my family, spent 5 nights here and had a comfortable stay. The staff was polite, they showed me what EXCELLENT service is supposed to be like. Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained room, and the excellent view of the lake and the hills. This place was ideal for my purposes, recommend.

The vibe here was quiet. I had guest room with a functional bathroom. The breakfast food including breads and fruit was delicious. The staff were wonderful and lovely, top-notch services. The location of the hotel was marvellous - a 10-15 minute walk from Torre dell'orologio.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The location was relatively quiet and prime for exploring this particularly good area, near the centre of Garda which offers a great choice of lakeside restaurants and the ferry terminal with connections right around the lake and restaurants and entertainment venues. Also, it was relatively near Lago di Garda.

Our food for continental breakfast was outstanding and all the staff were knowledgeable and top-class. Our room was beautifully maintained and air-conditioned, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The location was ideal and comfortable, next to hillside about a 5 minute walk to town centre. Actually everything was very good, our next choice again in Garda.
