All the staff was very amiable. Its location was incredible and stunning, next to a square with restaurants, and the Vaporetto stops.

Thank you, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would have stayed for longer. Had 1 day in Venice, spending my time here really good. The staff were great, with extra attention to the details. The setting was marvellous and incredible, right by Saint Mark's Square and other more touristy areas. A cool bonus was Edy Bar Gelateria, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We spent perfect 10/10 time and didn't want to leave. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nevertheless everything was excellent. Overall the staff was really kind and affable. Its location right at a grand opera house was particularly good. The area was pretty nice next to arriving/departing ferries and water taxi and San Marco. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.
Some people working there were not competent.
