I've booked superior king room and everything was very comfortable. Walk in shower in the private bathroom was a plus. Had best possible location on the San Polo neighborhood, near a sculpture gallery. Further, it was just next door to gondolas.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable for exploring this great area, really close to shops and restaurants, a direct water taxi and a ferry for the train or airport. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Modern One, they had some goodies, drinks. Had a memorable stay of 5 nights, would come here again.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was very comfortable. Loved my superior queen room with a nice view and the 3 large windows plus modern decor. The venue was in a central location right by a gala dinner last minute for the carnival, water taxis, recommendations for dinning or running routes as well as public boats. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Easy Bar.
