A great way to end my trip. Clean place with city views and very-very nice staff. A work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and TV available in the twin room. Clean private bathroom. Marvellous and incredible brand-new hotel location right by an awesome coffee shop, the Grand Canal and water taxi too. Besides, easy to get to a wide canal.

It is a pretty and absolutely great property located in Santa Croce district close to still walkable to the center, water taxi and centre of Venezia. The staff are polite and kind, we enjoyed them. The hotel has a marvellous and fantastic location, in quiet area.

The location was magnificent and incredible, just 5 min walk from an imposing Gothic-style church. It was located in a very very nice area right by a quiet area which was so much better than being with the hoards of tourists, transport connections to both airports and both rail station and Rialto.
