It had a stunning and particularly good location next to the Biennale park and st mark besilica and market place. I was there for 2 nights and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
As for me, the area was pretty dark.

It was a perfect hotel, no reason to complain, recommend. Everything was modern during 1 day, truly enjoyed its perfect and nice location close to a park in a picturesque and quiet area, a water bus at sant elena and Close to the Giardini for those interested in Biennale Art.

The location was marvellous and wonderful, adjacent to a quiet suburb with easy access to the major sights, and the establishment. The room was spotless and airy with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a mini-bar, a sofa bed, and central heating.
The staff were unwelcoming, didn't expect that coming.

Clean and gorgeous place and the breakfast was sumptuous. The rooms were fashionable and large with smoke detectors for our safety. Its service was welcoming. The accommodation had a remote location in the breakfast areas or the public areas. Castello district was worth exploring.

We have stayed in this pleasant hotel for 4 nights, everything was lovely, the location was wonderful in the centre of Venice. We had airy double room with the patio, the aircon never really did much apart from blow air, for instance. Liked our sumptuous breakfast with many vegan options and the amazing food, for instance. The attentive service and the attention to detail! Shuttle to the airport was very valuable.
The staff - some of them were unwelcoming.

I got a perfect and tasteful room with nice bathroom, a great bed, TV. Everything was great and the staff was very good and courteous. The hotel had a secluded location in a residential area of Venive-proper close to the Biennale grounds. What's more, it was just next door to beautiful Venice as well as bienalle de Venezia and santa elena vaporetto station.
