A fairly nice stay for one night. Good and excellent location near to the bus station, easy to get around. Short walk to bars, good pizzerias and food stores, Mestre, depending on the traffic and Venice by train.

I found the hotel's location brilliant, very close to a very large Church and Venice Boat taxis. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Osteria Plip, ate there couple of times.

Pleasant and lovely hotel, the idea of having double room was great. When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with international channels and washing facilities was ready. The venue was in an amazing location, near a tram station which you could take into Venice. The Irish bar was superb and the drinks were cool.
