I spend 1 night in Venice lovely. The staff was attentive and around most of the time. I booked king room with kitchen, a spacious bathroom, as for instance. The location of the hotel was great and absolutely perfect - at a walking distance from a wide canal.
Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

Liked big size double room with a spacious bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Very efficient staff, provided information if needed. We were in a magnificent and nice location around 10-15 minutes walk from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. The airport was 15 km away...
The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.
