Comforts of good sized double room with balcony were fabulous. The hotel was wonderful, it had an ideal and nice location close to the beautiful sights of Venice, the lovely garden and the town centre. We had lunch in The Chippy, located nearby.

I had an excellent trip and would like to stay there on the next trip. The hotel was great value and quaint, even so I stayed for 4 nights only. It had perfect and lovely location minutes from Procuratie del Lido. It was a charming area, a great base for me. I ate at a really nice restaurant for dinner. The venue took care of the excellent service.

The hotel was in a perfect location not far from the port of SEM and the water bus and very good public transport. The place was located at the end of the road. Location: the hotel was short walk to the harbour where the boats leave for the lagoon islands, the beach and the vaporetti to Venice and the beautiful sights of Venice. Tried some takeout specials at Gastronomia Zanon, luckily it was within a close distance from the venue. The view from my double room was incredibly beautiful.

The venue is pleasant, reasonably clean and the location is nice short walk to the sea 100 m and the ferry to Venice. All the staff is supper friendly and is engaged to make your stay such wonderful. The units are airy, fashionable with a big balcony, the garden plus updated bathroom. Nothing too much trouble, I would recommend this hotel.
