We had a just perfect stay thanks to hotel's exceptionally nice and pleasant staff. The room was spotless & splendid, came with the best views, an excellent bed, for example. Had amazing location on the grand canal. It was 1 km from Harry Ramsden's, offering quick-service food. We enjoyed authentic restaurant.

I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, with peaceful location short walk to authentic local restaurants, San Marco and the famous historic area and docks. The suite was brand-new, included a nice balcony, WiFi, and a safe box.

The staff were very amiable at all times, the rooms was nicely decorated and well-appointed. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast.
