Interesting design, excellent service in the entire hotel. Fab, brilliant location not far from 2 vaporetto stops and easy walks to San Marco and Rialto bridge as well as lovely Venice. Besides, easy access to Campo Santo Stefano.

The breakfast was fine with the mandatory infinite supply of coffee: you could find cereal, pastries, eggs, and cheese. The location was good and fantastic, just a short stroll away from a wide canal.

Got fully furnished and brand-new room with WiFi, exposed wood timber on the ceiling, for instance had a very nice stay overall. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were horrible. The breakfast in the morning was good and complete with the cheapest option in Venice and latte, as for instance.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak; rather basic breakfast.

The breakfast was satisfactory, featured a lot of meals. There were great beds and an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe inside the room. Its location was incredibly comfortable, on the Grand Canal, and in a very very nice area.

Every time in Venice we stay in this hotel. Delightful and fairly clean place to stay in, it has wonderful staff in a good manner. The rooms are impeccable and impressive with a sloping ceiling and a modern TV plus a bathroom outside. The airport is 15 km away, easy to reach.
Their breakfast is rather basic, can definitely be improved.
