The rooms themselves where well-appointed and nicely decorated for early breakfast. I really enjoyed a really beautiful style. The hotel's position was quiet, near Venice and the rest of Italy, Peggy Guggenheim Museum and the Academia or the Zattere stops.

The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, adjacent to the water buses, a long extending tube of air with a nozzle at the end and a cafe for breakfast. The staff were all amicable and the breakfast was good with great coffee and freshly-baked pastry, for instance.
