The place was fairly clean with excellent staff members. We were given new-fashioned, tidy room with large comfortable double bed. The service was all in all excellent! The location was beautiful and fantastic, just next door to the waterbus and the breakfast, water bus stop Giglio and St Mark's square and the shopping district, loved this place. There was Pizzeria Sansovino nearby to grab something to eat.

The breakfast was marvellous with view of the canal, pastries, hams, and the team was extremely friendly and kept the space fairly clean. The hotel had good and stunning location close enough to all main attractions, and public transport links.

Its location very near St Marks square was great. Everything was perfect, but a few employees were horribly rude. The room was good sized and brand-new and equipped with a good bathroom, large comfortable double bed plus the balcony as described.

Everything was fantastic, we had excellent 3 days here. Our room was well-appointed with a balcony, liked having access to wake-up service. This location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, really close to the Giglio vaparetto stop, Murano for a tour of the factory, and the direct water bus.
