Special place and well decorated room. A safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the room, quiet and absolutely perfect location. Breakfast with kosher products and juice, as example. Excellent service with a very nice restaurant available.

Its location was magnificent, close to main attractions, the train station and the main tourist path, which allows for convenience of travel and ease of access, and an easy walk to nearby restaurants. Seafood restaurant The Chippy was located 10 minutes walk away.

The whole hotel was clean and the staff was perfectly fine and courteous. Fantastic and unbeatable location close to the touristic area, exceeded high expectations. Moreover, it was next to Italy, center and the main railway station & restaurants.

Excellent service, even though a few employees were not that friendly. The king room with view to campo di ghetto nuovo, facilities worked for us. The location was particularly good - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The venue is clean, with peaceful location very close to the Jewish Ghetto which is a lovely and quiet square and next door to a very fine restaurant, nearby Lista Di Spagna and which allows for convenience of travel. It has genuinely helpful and affable staff and beautiful views. The food is great and fab. Thank you for the PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay, no reason to complain.

the location of the hotel is marvellous and lovely, near to kosher restaurants, the stops on the aligulana airport service and ferry. there is cafe torrefazione cannaregio, set 400 metres walk away. exceptionally clean rooms with a balcony are accompanied by excellent service. nice touch to have a balcony and a storage.

The staff was all perfectly fine and very gracious. The daily service was great. All the facilities were good. The location was excellent and amazing, in Cannaregio area, and the bed extremely comfy. Further, it was so close to bus stop to the airport, good local restaurants, and a nearby Cafe.
